Medi4akt SF Sacral

• It is a contoured dressing that combines the characteristics of Medi4akt® SF with the practicality of a shape which adapts to the sacral region
• The absorbent cells that make up the foam are able to absorb significant quantities of exudate and to retain liquids even under compression
• The Polyurethane film that covers the external side of the dressing is breathable but waterproof and resistant to external contamination and liquids, making Medi4akt® SF Sacral suitable for applications in the sacral area that require a water repellent cover
• The perforated Silicone contact layer provides optimum protection for the newly formed tissue
• The slight adherence of the Silicone layer ensures pain-free dressing changes
• The conformability, flexibility and softness of the foam create a cushioning effect that reduces pressure on the wound, counteracts any frictional forces and thus guarantees comfort and protection for the patient
